RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At The Quiet Kind, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right.

Returns You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, please email us at tonychebs@me.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened incense products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return postage Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
