Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to the UK Mainland only. We are unable to fulfil orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

How long will my order take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Orders up to 99g — Royal Mail, typically 2-3 working days
• Orders 100g to 3kg — Royal Mail, typically 2-3 working days
• Orders over 3kg — APC courier, typically 1-2 working days

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the delivery method used.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of placing it, please get in touch at tonychebs@me.com and we'll look into it for you straight away.

Can I collect my order?

We are an online-only store and do not offer collection at this time.
